I think it's great! Really most people who are doing it in a healthy way only lose 1 pound a week. That is what I usually aim to do although I wouldn't mind losing 2 pounds a week!

thanks for the support guys, it really helps me to keep motivated. Also, it really helps to know I have to post my weight..i think about that everytime I am tempted to eat treats! haha. Janelle, Im with you- two pounds a week would be perfect! Ree- you are the cutest preggers lady ever- plus you will get skinny again fast after you have the baby! Andrea- this was such a good idea, im so glad you started it. We can do it ladies!! :)
